Payment Terms
What are Keir Surgical's eStore payment terms?
Keir Surgical eStore accepts Visa and Mastercard payments. Once Keir Surgical is in receipt of your order, we will process your order with payment from the credit card information you have provided at check-out. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from our Customer Service department confirming your successful order.
Services and Warranty
What is Keir Surgical's warranty?
Keir Surgical is ISO Certified, and our products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Normal wear and tear and damage through misuse is not covered.
- All returns for repair or warranty must be sent prepaid to Keir Surgical.
- All warranty decisions will be made at Keir Surgical head office.
- The customer must warrant that all goods sent for repair warranty have been disinfected and or sterilized, such that they pose no risk to employees of Keir Surgical.
- Any products received that appear to, or are found to, contain bio-burden will be returned or disposed of.

Keir Surgical has different shipping and handling charges dependent on the province the order is being shipped to.
Returns
What is Keir Surgical's return policy?
Return for credit or exchange
- Returns to Keir Surgical require an authorization number.
- All returns must be sent prepaid to Keir Surgical.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as they were delivered, never have been used, and in the original packaging.
- Goods older than 30 days are not returnable.
- Sterile or disposable goods, custom made items, discontinued products, and instruments that have been etched or engraved may not be returned for credit or exchange.
- Stock items will not be subject to any restock charge.
- Non-stock items will be subject to a 20% restock charge.
- Any changes to this policy must be approved by management.
How do I make a return to the Keir Surgical eStore.
If you need to return your purchase to Keir Surgical eStore, please contact us at within the allotted return period to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please make sure to include the following details:
- 1. Your order confirmation number
- 2. The code number of the product(s) you are requesting to return
- 3. The reason for returning your product(s)
- 4. The condition of your product (unopened, opened, defective, missing packaging...)
Once you have been issued an RA#, it will expire in 14 days so make sure that it is returned as soon as possible. Clearly mark this number on the outside of your package and send it on its way. When your return has been received and processed, Keir Surgical will review the return process your refund. Refund times may vary, but generally returns are fully processed within 7-10 business days from receipt by the return centre.
What other conditions should I consider?
Any product being returned must be in its original packaging. When returning your product to Keir Surgical eStore, if a product is returned without a Return Authorization Number, opened, damaged, or incomplete, Keir Surgical reserves the right to refuse delivery or charge a fee. You will be responsible for, and pre-pay, all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Keir Surgical. Keir Surgical recommends that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.
