Keir Surgical Acquires Pike Surgical.

Vancouver, BC - Keir Surgical Ltd., a Canadian surgical instrument company, today announced the acquisition of Pike Surgical Inc., a Calgary, Alberta-based surgical products company focused on plastic surgery.

"The acquisition of Pike Surgical enables us to offer our customers a larger range of products," said Michael Fish, Keir Surgical's President. "Not only do both Keir Surgical and Pike Surgical have strong long-standing customer relationships, but both companies are also focused on providing customers with the highest level of service. In this way, Pike Surgical is a perfect fit."

The agreement was signed and executed on the morning of January 31st, 2008.
