For over 40 years, Keir Surgical's Care Centre has been providing ostomy management products and support to our clients. We are one of the largest distributors of ostomy supplies in Western Canada.

The Care Centre assists ostomates through the difficult, and sometimes confusing, months after surgery. Our staff is always available to help answer questions or provide you with information. We offer free next-day delivery to clients located anywhere in British Columbia.

How do I order my supplies?
Most of our customers have their first order placed by an ET or homecare nurse. If you are placing your first order yourself, simply call the Care Centre at 604.879.9101 or email us at carecentre@keirsurgical.com. We will walk you through the process.

Where can I view products online?
To view products online, please click on the manufactures logo to reach their website. Keir Surgical does not manufacture ostomy products and therefore cannot host a catalogue online. If you are having any troubles finding a product, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service at 604-879-9101 or 1-800-663-5111.

When should I order from Keir Surgical?
An order should be placed when you are down to your last box of an item. Keir Surgical is able to stock most items but in certain circumstances, back orders can happen. Try to always keep one box of supplies in your stock.

How does this work with my Pharmacare program?
Like a pharmacy that bills for prescription drugs, Keir Surgical will bill all of your eligible ostomy supplies through the Pharmacare program. Once you have reached your Pharmacare deductible, Keir Surgical will bill Pharmacare directly for the portion they are covering.

How do I pay for my supplies?
Most clients pay with Visa or MasterCard. Certified cheques and money orders are accepted if a credit card is not available. Many clients reach their Pharmacare deductibles at some point during the year.

How do I receive my supplies?
At Keir Surgical, delivery of ostomy supplies is always free! All of your ostomy supplies will be shipped free of charge via courier or express post. Most of the time, your supplies wil arrive within 24 hours of your order being placed. In the case of an emergency or for new clients being discharged from hospital, we can ship same day to most urban locations.

Privacy
All of your personal information will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your supplies will be shipped to you in a plain brown box to ensure complete privacy.
